Professional certification from WorldatWork can help you reach your professional goals.  By completing the WorldatWork certification programs for Total Rewards, you will distinguish yourself as a professional dedicated to staying on the leading edge. Recognized globally, WorldatWork currently offers these designations:

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
• Certified Benefits Professional (CBP)
• Global Remuneration Professional (GRP)
• Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP)
• Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP)

Through the Compensation Institute, WorldatWork also offers an advanced (ACCP) level of certification in compensation.

WorldatWork provides different options for completing the certification process:  Blended learning, instructor-led traditional classrooms, self-paced e-Learning, on site, self-study binder.

WorldatWork Recertification

Certification status (Recertification) is maintained by earning 12 credits every three years.  You can earn credits through a wide variety of activities, including:

•    WorldatWork course, seminar, and conference attendance
•    Teaching, presenting, or speaking
•    WorldatWork or other HR professional membership
•    Work-related project leadership
•    Continuing education activities
