ABOUT TOTAL REWARDS PDX

Total Rewards PDX (TRPDX) is a Local Network affiliate of WorldatWork. We were established in 1990 for the purpose of promoting excellence and innovation for Total Rewards, including Compensation and Benefits professionals in Oregon and Southwest Washington, and this is still true today. Our goal is to actively engage our members by delivering the most current industry insights, promoting the wealth of resources available through WorldatWork, offering professional development opportunities, and fostering a vibrant networking environment.

TRPDX provides a forum for members to share progressive solutions to today’s compensation and benefits challenges. We offer courses and workshops designed to educate and inform you; keep you current on relevant hot topics, and total rewards trends and practices.
