Presenters:

Jeff Griggs, Sales Executive - Northwest Region, Prime Therapeutics


Jeff is responsible for large group pharmacy benefit sales at Prime Therapeutics, supporting BlueCross BlueShield health plans in Kansas, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah, and North Dakota. Before joining Prime Therapeutics, Jeff worked at Regence BlueCross BlueShield for 16 years in various roles including Director of Pharmacy Utilization Management and Medicare Part D Oversight, Regional Sales Manager, and as a Senior Health Plan Business Development Executive. When he joined Prime Therapeutics in January, 2020, Jeff brought more than 20 years of community and managed care pharmacy experience to his role as Sales Director. Jeff’s primary interest is to make pharmacy benefits more effective, easier to understand, and economically sustainable for his health plans and their clients. Prior to his tenure at Regence and Prime, Jeff worked for Walgreens in the community pharmacy setting for 6 years, serving the greater Portland area.

Jeff graduated from Oregon State University and earned his CSFS designation from the Health Care Administrators Association. He resides in West Linn, OR with his wife Jen and their 3 children.


Kirk Czonstka, VP Strategic Relationships, Calibrate


Kirk Czonstka is the VP, Strategic Relationships at Calibrate, where he is responsible for driving national and local relationships with employee benefits partners including consultants/brokers and various healthcare ecosystem stakeholders.


Prior to joining Calibrate in March 2022, Kirk spent 16 years at Mercer where he most recently managed their employee benefits practice for Oregon and Washington.


He is a graduate of Temple University where he majored in Risk Management & Insurance with a concentration in Employee Benefits and is a former board member of Total Rewards PDX.
