Mark A. Szypko, CCP, GRP
Mark A. Szypko, CCP, GRP has over 40 years’ experience as a total rewards and HR technology practitioner, and has held compensation, benefits and HR systems leadership roles for several organizations including Honeywell, Digital Equipment Corporation, Wang Laboratories, Kronos, Comcast, Progress Software, Lightbridge and Magic Leap.
Mark has extensive experience in all aspects of total rewards and HR technology, including the design, development, implementation and ongoing administration of rewards systems and programs including infrastructure and base and variable compensation and benefits globally. Additionally, he has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions including due diligence, assimilation, and integration.
Mark has spoken globally on matters of importance in the total rewards sphere and has published numerous articles with WorldatWork.
Mark holds a bachelor's degree from Suffolk University and an MBA from Western New England College. Mark is a co-founder and current President of the New England Compensation Consortium. He is also a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), a WorldatWork Certification Program faculty member, Editorial Review Board member, and a recipient of the WorldatWork Lifetime Achievement Award.
