Nicole Frisch is the Senior Director of Community Engagement & Inclusion at First Tech Federal Credit Union, a not-for-profit, member-owned credit union serving the world’s technology companies and their employees. In her role, Nicole leads enterprise community strategy and initiatives, directing more than $3.3 million dollars and 30,000 employee volunteer hours annually to organizations that support the next generation of leaders, thinkers and innovators, with an emphasis on access and equity for undeserved communities. She also designed and oversees First Tech’s inclusion program, developing strategy, advising a cross-functional team and working with employees and leaders to create and sustain a culture of inclusion and belonging for all.
