We work hard to ensure that all our employees are rewarded fairly, competitively, and consistently through our total rewards program. SAIF’s compensation goal is to attract, retain, and motivate high-performing employees and enhance our status as an employer of choice.
As a compensation analyst, you’ll consult with SAIF managers, employees, and human resources staff on compensation-related topics and assist in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of compensation programs.
You’ll need to be highly detail-oriented, have strong communication skills such as listening to understand and the ability to explain compensation, as well as analyze data, and recommend solutions. It’s equally important that you are highly organized and be adept with using systems like Workday, MarketPay, or other pay analysis tools.
