In this role you would have the opportunity to drive data, systems and analysis supporting all business lines within Siemens Software (formally Mentor Graphics). Focus will include HR/Compensation system testing and support, market analysis and research, ownership of our job structure, and program management and communication. Your analytical skills, mindfulness to detail, and creativity will allow you to collaborate with business partners and leadership on managing new program implementation along with several mergers & acquisitions.
