As a Compensation Program Manager, you will develop program strategies, implement, and maintain compensation program initiatives that align with the company’s global objectives. You will be a key partner in planning Compensation program changes for future plan years, with a view to bonus design, base pay strategy, salary structures, and merit plan changes. You will be heavily involved with incentive bonus design, inclusive of sales plan design, across the company.
Compensation programs will be reviewed annually to determine intent, usage, risks, and opportunities for enhancement. Here you will be relied on to plan and enhance program scope, deliverables, resource requirements, implementation factors, budget, and timing. You will work in close collaboration with the Total Rewards Experience team to ensure all regional business needs are met.
