ABOUT TOTAL REWARDS PDX

Total Rewards PDX (TRPDX - formerly Columbia Willamette Compensation Group) is a Local Network affiliate of WorldatWork.  We were established in 1990 for the purpose of promoting excellence and innovation for compensation and benefits professionals in Oregon and Southwest Washington, and this is still true today.  Our goal is to engage our members by providing the latest in industry resources, professional development, and a place to network.

TRPDX provides a forum for members to share progressive solutions to today’s compensation and benefits challenges. We offer courses and workshops designed to educate and inform you; keep you current on relevant hot topics, and total rewards trends and practices. TRPDX also gives back to the community through our scholarship program for professionals and students who are pursuing further education in compensation and benefits.

Scholarships

TRPDX awards academic and professional scholarships annually in February.  The application process begins in January and closes in early February.  For exact dates and forms, please see our Scholarship page.  Once the application process closes, the TRPDX Scholarship Committee reviews applications and notifies applicants of their decision. TRPDX encourages its members and students to further their education, ensuring excellence within the professional field.

Community Involvement

Each year, the TRPDX Speakers Bureau presents educational programs on the Total Rewards profession to local universities and organizations.  Students receive information that helps them prepare for their professional careers.  In addition, TRPDX offers student and professional scholarships annually to assist individuals with completing their educational goals.

TRPDX donates $10.00 from each event registration to the Oregon CASA Network. CASA stands for "Court Appointed Special Advocates" and Oregon's CASA chapter is a national association  that supports and promotes court-appointed advocates for abused or neglected children in order to provide children with a safe and healthy environment in permanent homes.
